Customer Account Manager​/Inside Sales

Our client is seeking an Account Manager to support New Product Development initiatives by coordinating projects from customer requirements through commercial launch. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers and cross‑functional internal teams, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and project milestones are met.

• Managing customer communication throughout the product development lifecycle
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams to support successful product launches
• Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Supporting initial orders, samples, documentation, and launch activities
• Ensuring customer requirements are accurately communicated and executed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in account management, project coordination, manufacturing, or customer‑facing roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with standard office and project management tools
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
