Luau is a Birmingham-based startup helping students host better events and build real-world communities that extend past college. Our app makes it insanely easy to create private invites, track RSVPs, and manage campus gatherings — including our Party Pass™ tap-to-invite system that creates single-use digital invites in the real-world.
What Ambassadors Do- Introduce Luau to fraternities, sororities, clubs, and student orgs
- Help social chairs run safer, more organized events without extra work
- Demo Party Pass™ and walk groups through onboarding
- Collect on-the-ground feedback to shape product decisions
- Spread the word on campus (events, casual invites, Greek meetings, etc.)
Greek life hosts a ton of events. Most still rely on group text chaos, screenshots, guesswork, and friend-of-a-friend forward chains. Luau changes that by:
- Keeping party details private (not all over IG or Group Me)
- Helping chapters meet risk-management + attendee-tracking requirements
- Reducing liability + improving safety
- Making social chairs look like rockstars
- Real startup experience (looks great on a résumé)
- Light time commitment — no weekly reporting or busywork
- Ownership + influence: your feedback shapes the product
- Luau merch + Party Pass kits for events
- Bonuses tied to org adoption
- Founding Ambassador title + optional recommendation letter
- Marketing & communications majors
- Students active in Greek life (PR chairs, social chairs, philanthropy, etc.)
- Natural connectors who like planning events or introducing people
- Students curious about tech, branding, or entrepreneurship
No long application, no resume portal. Just schedule a quick 10–15 minute Google Meet to learn more — and we’ll get you rolling.
