Part-Time Elementary and Middle School Teacher/Tutor Wanted
We are seeking part-time teacher‑tutors for our learning center at Grade Power Learning Pelham. This role is ideal for anyone who enjoys teaching language, math, and other subjects to elementary students and is passionate about helping students succeed.
• Teacher‑Tutors do not need to lesson plan in advance; all lessons are pre‑planned. You will receive full training on our proprietary philosophy and methods.

Work schedule:
After‑school and evening hours Monday‑Thursday, 3:30 pm–7:30 pm, typically 2‑3 days per week (4–12 hours per week). Commitment until the end of the school year is preferred; continuing through the summer is even better. This is an in‑person position; relocation packages are not available.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; teaching certification is an asset.
- Knowledge of the current 1st‑8th grade curriculum.
- Some experience teaching or tutoring at the 1st‑8th grade level (or equivalent).
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to guide student understanding.
- Ability to multitask and work with up to three students simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Teach up to three students at a time at different levels.
- Deliver lessons in person following Grade Power Learning methodologies.
- Fill in post‑lesson notes and complete daily student communication updates.
- Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times.

Compensation
$16–$20 per hour, depending on background and experience.
Schedule
