POSITION SUMMARYThe Field Services Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, estimating, execution, and delivery of projects for both internal and external customers. External customer projects typically include large, complex, and high-value/high-risk initiatives, while internal projects include lean manufacturing improvements, major maintenance efforts, and construction projects. This role serves as a key leader throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity identification and estimating through field execution, project closeout, and customer satisfaction.
The Project Manager is expected to be highly proficient in project estimating, scheduling, budget management, field operations, and client communication. As a subject matter expert (SME) on company products and capabilities, the Field Services Project Manager will identify opportunities, develop project scopes, support business growth initiatives, and provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams.

- Develop detailed project estimates, proposals, labor forecasts, material takeoffs, and cost analyses.
- Evaluate opportunities and collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, and operations teams to identify and develop projects.
- Serve as the SME on company products and applications.
- Lead projects through planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, execution, and closeout.
- Own project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans.
- Provide strong field execution leadership and coordinate installation activities.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and communications.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Document project processes and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
