Licensed Social Worker (BSW/MSW/LCSW)
We are seeking a licensed Social Worker to provide clinical oversight, behavioral support planning, and family collaboration for adults with autism in a residential setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct psychosocial assessments
- Develop and update individualized service plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with crisis planning and stabilization
- Active Wisconsin social work credential (BSW/MSW required; LCSW preferred for clinical services)
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centered approaches
- Ability to collaborate with community-based providers
