Hybrid Business Analyst; NO THIRD Parties

Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a 6‑month implementation initiative. This role is critical to ensuring successful delivery within a SAFe® Agile environment
, partnering across business and technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, high‑value solutions.

You’ll play a key role in aligning business objectives with technical execution–particularly across Service Now initiatives and enhancements
.

• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Support and facilitate Agile ceremonies
  , including backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Partner with Product Owners, Developers, QA, Architects, and Service Now platform teams
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to maximize business value
• Identify and coordinate cross‑team dependencies across Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Track delivery using Agile and LPM metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability)
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
• Support Service Now requirements, enhancements, and implementation activities
• Drive process improvement through documentation of current and future state workflows
• Lead demos, UAT support, and post‑implementation reviews

• Strong ability to translate ambiguity into actionable requirements
• Experience working in SAFe® or scaled Agile environments
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across technical and business teams
• Proven ability to drive outcomes tied to business value
• Highly organized with strong backlog management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
• 2+ years of experience in SAFe® or scaled Agile environments
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
