Senior Product Manager, Global Product

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Global Product Manager to join a dynamic team within the Molecular Diagnostic sector. This permanent role focuses on driving innovation in infectious disease and genetic testing product lines. Working on-site three days a week, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products to meet the evolving needs of the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product road mapping for the infectious disease & genetic testing portfolio.
• Manage the life-cycle of products, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Develop and execute effective product positioning strategies.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in Product Management or Development within R&D and regulated environments.
• Experience with regulated products, cold chain logistics, or laboratory environments preferred.
• Strong background in molecular diagnostics, infectious disease, or genetic testing is highly desirable.

Key Skills

• Molecular Diagnostic Expertise: In-depth understanding of diagnostic technologies, particularly in infectious diseases and genetics.
• Product Road-mapping: Ability to define and manage comprehensive roadmaps that align with strategic business goals.
• Life-Cycle Management: Skilled in overseeing products from inception through obsolescence while maintaining market relevance.
• Product Positioning: Expertise in crafting strategies to differentiate products effectively in competitive markets.

This role is based on-site three days per week, with locations available in Franklin, MA, or Buffalo, NY. This will offer a base salary of $130,000-$140,000 plus 15% annual target bonus and full benefits.
