As a Regional Operations Manager for Digital Integrations Solutions, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the success and growth of our business. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, accelerating profitable growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring safe, high‑quality project execution. You'll focus on developing talent, improving utilization and project performance, and deliver consistent business results across the Southeast region.

This is a hybrid role with 25% anticipated travel.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:

Lead DIS growth strategy across digital solutions, engineering services, automation, and recurring service offerings.
Develop profit plans, forecasts, and business strategies based on market, customer, and technology trends.
Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, support customer engagement, develop proposals, and align operational capacity with regional growth objectives.
Drive financial and operational performance across projects, backlog, utilization, margins, inventory, and subcontractors.
Ensure project execution meets quotation, contract, customer, safety, and profitability expectations.
Recruit, develop, engage, and retain a skilled technical and leadership workforce.
Champion a zero‑incident safety culture and ensure compliance with Eaton, customer, and regulatory EHS requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of experience working in the electrical industry.
Minimum 3 years leading teams or business operations

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA, Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, or related technical/business discipline.
Professional Engineer license, equivalent technical certification, or advanced industry certification.
Experience managing a technical service, systems integration, engineering services, or field operations business with P&L responsibility.
Experience leading geographically dispersed technical teams, people leaders, project managers, and field‑based employees.
Experience with power systems automation, digitalization, cybersecurity, recurring service offerings, energy management, or advanced power monitoring solutions.
General Contractor’s License, Electrical Contractor’s License, or comparable credentials relevant to field service execution.

Position Criteria:

Knowledge of power distribution, power management, automation, HMI, PLCs, monitoring software, and digital solutions.
Ability to lead business growth, customer development, sales strategy, forecasting, and market planning.
Experience managing financial and operational results, including profit planning, utilization, backlog, margins, and project execution.
Ability to lead and develop technical professionals, project leaders, and people leaders across multiple locations.
