Machine Operator

The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance on CNCs, Beam Saws, and the TLF Library System in a large custom millwork shop. The role also includes inspecting parts to specifications and completing tool changes to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating production machinery according to procedures and guidelines.
• Reading programs to operate and adjust machinery.
• Performing pre-operation checks and ensuring equipment startup and operation.
• Monitoring multiple machines to ensure quality and minimize downtime.
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure continuous, high-quality production.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the machine area.

Skills required:

• Experience as a Machine Operator.
• Knowledge of production procedures.
• Analytical skills and self-motivation.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Physical stamina and strength (able to lift 50+ pounds).
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and multitask.
