• Execute daily activities with limited direct supervision while adhering to safety protocols
• Follow production instructions to ensure timely production of high-quality products
• Pull samples for testing in the quality control lab
• Utilize Distributed Control System (DCS) to manage the production process
• Participate in daily safety briefings and shift turnover meetings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience
• At least 1 year of chemical manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation

• Experience troubleshooting production issues
• High degree of self-motivation and understanding of production processes
• Ability to drive and learn to operate a fork truck
• Accuracy in reporting production parameters
• Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
