Perform on-site dynamic balancing of industrial fans and rotating machinery. Conduct vibration analysis to diagnose mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions. Use specialized equipment such as balancing instruments, accelerometers, and laser alignment tools. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop and implement balancing solutions. Document findings and generate detailed service reports for customers. Adhere to all safety protocols and Process Barron standards.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, rotating equipment, or vibration analysis. Familiarity with industrial fans, blowers, and related systems. Proficiency with balancing and vibration analysis tools (e.g., CSI, Pruftechnik, or equivalent). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
