2nd shift Forklift Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Forklift Operator to join their team. As a 2nd shift Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to safety, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $15.00 per hour

$1 per hour increase after 30 days on the job with good attendance and performance

** Shift:
** Monday-Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, occasional Saturdays required

** What's the Job?*
* + Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility

+ Transport raw materials and finished products to designated locations efficiently

+ Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly

+ Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain a safe work environment

+ Maintain clean and organized work areas to support operational efficiency

** What's Needed?*
* + Prior forklift operating experience required

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

+ Strong attention to safety and detail

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Ability to work occasional Saturdays as required
