2nd shift Production Associate

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a 2nd shift Production Associate to join their team. As a 2nd shift Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong work ethic, reliability, and physical stamina, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $15.00 per hour

$1 per hour pay increase after 30 days of perfect attendance and good performance

** Shift:
** Monday - Thursday 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

** What's the Job?*
* + Load and unload various wood products efficiently and safely

+ Perform heavy lifting up to 40 pounds repeatedly to support production needs

+ Maintain good attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth operations

+ Assist in the organization and movement of materials within the manufacturing area

+ Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all tasks

** What's Needed?*
* + Previous manufacturing experience preferred

+ Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly

+ Good attendance and reliability

+ Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude

+ Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
