• Full Time:
  Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM ($18 per hour)
• OR Sunday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–12:30 AM ($20 per hour)
  Position Type: Seasonal through the end of the year with the possibility of a permanent placement

Prints Well is a family-owned stationery printing business founded in 1991. We manufacture and fulfill personalized stationery orders nationwide. We believe every employee is valuable, and we’re looking for energetic, dependable, and teachable team members to help us during our busy holiday season.

The Bindery Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating semi-automated paper cutting equipment. Prior print-finishing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.

• Load paper and set up the correct cutting program using computer controls
• Monitor the flow of paper to ensure cutting accuracy and quality
• Identify and correct irregularities during operation
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Mechanical and computer skills are a plus

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines
• Willingness to occasionally work overtime as needed (especially during peak season)
• Clean, safe, climate controlled facility
