Manpower Group is assisting a manufacturing client in Pelham, AL to hire a Production Associate for the 2nd shift. You’ll be part of the production line, with emphasis on reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude.
The role pays $16.00 per hour, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Duties include loading/unloading wood products, lifting up to 40 pounds, keeping a clean, safe work area, and supporting the team to meet production goals.
