We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a contract role to provide division marketing support to ensure operational excellence. This person will serve as co-owner of website, community presentation, signage and event planning.

Contract role from March-July

Pay $25-30/hr

Hybrid role

  • Manage designated marketing activities including, but not limited to, website maintenance, multi-list services (MLS), community presentation, model home presentation, special events, graphics, and marketing collateral.
  • Utilize the Sales and Marketing Checklist to ensure that each community creates a consistent brand image for prospective home buyers.
  • Review goal tracker to ensure progress on monthly sales goals. Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to adjust strategy to remain competitive in changing market. Maintain and distribute weekly reports based on performance.
  • Monitor the compliance and status of all listed homes in all MLS. Pend properties and report sold information within allotted timelines per MLS rules and regulations, ensuring no service fees are assessed.
  • Assist in creation of lead generation campaigns.
  • Analyze and review marketing efforts and report findings to team members.
  • Maintain community signage, including onsite, offsite, WEDs, and permanent directionals.
  • Plan and coordinate community or regional special events, promotion efforts and materials to drive traffic and build an effective brand.
  • Effectively create and distribute email communication messages per community needs.
  • Work with community teams to produce:
  • Local events for brokers, customers, and homeowners
  • Sales office displays
  • Broker office drop offs
  • Assist Marketing and Sales leader and Model Home Committee in defining Sales Centers and Model Homes, including ordering displays, working with model designer to include ordering displays and Model Home furniture. Review selections based on demographics and buyer profile.
  • Work directly with vendors to ensure quality product and/or service is delivered on time and at best price.
  • Manage and maintain sales office supplies, technology, and utilities.
  • Coordinate the photography and videography of model homes, communities, amenities, and desired plans on an on-going basis.
  • Attend and present at weekly sales meeting, when needed.
  • Assist in creation of consumer-facing maps.
  • Plan and coordinate relevant internal events with Special Events Committee.
  • Be available on weekends and after hours as needed.
Education
  • College degree in Marketing or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year marketing or communications experience
Computer Skills
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
  • Video Production software (Adobe Premiere, Rush, or similar)
