Youth Case Manager: Empowerment & Care Coordination

A nonprofit organization is seeking a Youth Case Manager to enhance group care services for youth residents. Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment and case plans, coordinating services, and managing documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and has over three years of experience in group care or case management. Familiarity with Tribal communities is preferred.

This role requires strong communication skills and adherence to confidentiality standards. Weekend and evening hours are expected.
