Travel RN Hospice Case Manager – Pelham, Alabama.

Provide exceptional patient care to hospice patients, manage patient and family care plans, and work as part of the hospice care team during the contract assignment.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in hospice care preferred
