Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $34/hour

Job DescriptionProvide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
Duties include:
- Medication administration, including IVs
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes
- Providing resident and family education
- Communication with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals
- Supervising CNAs
- Current Tennessee LPN license
