Charge Nurse (RN/LPN)

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center – Yonkers, NY. Full-Time. Salary up to $100,000 annually.

Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) to oversee resident care and support nursing staff during assigned shifts. This role is critical to maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring exceptional care in a skilled nursing environment.

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care during assigned shifts.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes in status.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support compliance with NYS DOH and CMS regulations.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and care planning.

• Current RN or LPN license in New York State.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
