Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry‑level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP program to provide and coordinate comprehensive care for dialysis patients. You will perform assessments, plan and evaluate care, and collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and technicians to ensure safe dialysis delivery.
The role requires nursing education completion, current RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and at least 9 months RN experience, with 3 months in chronic/acute hemodialysis preferred.
