UAB Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate unit staffing and provide nursing leadership on a 5 East oncology unit. The role supports 7pm–7am shifts and ensures delivery of quality, population-appropriate patient care at UAB St. Vincent's East.
You will assess care needs, assign staff, and monitor outcomes while participating in hiring/training decisions as needed. Alabama RN licensure and BLS are required, ACLS/PALS may be needed based on unit assignment.
