Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995. Our stores close at 2 pm, so you can always make it to that dance recital or concert.

Our Shift Leaders are the cream cheese on the bagel – they add flavor and hold everything together. In this role you collaborate directly with the General Manager, motivate the team, set the morale and tone, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. You’ll help maintain the quality of food and beverages, keep a safe and clean environment, and grow your career – many General Managers started as Shift Leaders.

From opening to closing, you’ll manage staff, deliver a great guest experience, and keep the store running smoothly. You’ll motivate the team, coach them when needed, and maintain quality and safety standards while collaborating with the General Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
