What you'll actually be doing

This is a customer service and sales support role

• Greet and sign in showroom visitors — first impressions matter
• Support Account Managers with payments, order updates, and customer questions
• Explain who Pro Source is and what we offer to new visitors
• Schedule showroom tours for potential members
• Help keep product displays and pricing up to date
• Partner with the sales manager to deliver a great showroom experience
• Keep the showroom organized and welcoming

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer service or showroom experience is a plus
• Comfort with basic math, payments, and pricing
• Comfort using computers, phones, and everyday tech
• Interest in design or building materials is a plus — not required
