The HVAC Service Apprentice will work closely with our experienced service technicians,
assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation
systems. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are eager to learn and
develop their skills in the HVAC field. As you gain hands-on experience and complete the
required training, you will have the opportunity to earn raises every six months, with the
potential to transition to a Senior Service Technician role.

• Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems under the guidance of a senior technician.
• Perform routine service and maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, replacing parts, and checking system performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose minor HVAC issues, escalating more complex problems to senior technicians.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure all tools and equipment are in proper working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while on job sites.
• Communicate with clients to explain services, schedule appointments, and provide updates on the progress of work.
• Complete required training courses, certifications, and skills development to ensure continual professional growth.

• High school diploma or GED required, additional technical education or HVAC
  coursework a plus.
• Previous experience in a hands-on technical role (e.g., construction, mechanical work) is
  beneficial, but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in varying weather
  conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Starting pay of $18/hour with raises every 6 months based on performance and skill development.
