Birmingham, AL | Full-Time | Entry-Level to Experienced

We’re hiring Crew Members to help install erosion and sediment control systems (like silt fences and inlet protection) on construction sites throughout the Birmingham area — and beyond.

• As a Crew Member, you’ll work alongside a close-knit team to install and maintain erosion control solutions that protect construction sites and the environment.
• Installing and repairing silt fences, inlet protection, turbidity barriers, and other BMPs
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and light equipment (e.g., trencher, ride-on blower, skid steer)
• Driving a company vehicle and hauling a trailer safely
• Assisting with additional tasks as needed

• Some experience in construction, landscaping, or a similar field
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and a clean driving record
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• Experience installing erosion control measures or BMPs (like silt fences and inlet protection)
• Familiarity with light construction equipment

• Outdoor, hands-on field work in all weather conditions
• Travel to job sites across the Birmingham area (occasional travel to other regions in Alabama/Florida)
• Monday–Friday work schedule, with potential for overtime and weekend work

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working outdoors in hot or cold conditions
• Must be able to walk long distances and work in physically demanding positions (kneeling, bending, squatting, etc.)
• PPE required: hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, work boots (provided or reimbursed)
