Job Title:Maintenance Technician
Job Description Perform PLC and HMI maintenance & troubleshooting, including ladder logic.Diagnose hydraulic leaks and perform preventive maintenance.Read and interpret advanced electrical and blueprint schematics.Wire control circuits for 5, 12, 24, and 120 volts.Apply advanced welding skills (MIG, TIG, Stick/Braze).Size motor starters and overloads for various applications.Possess general knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprint schematics.Maintain machine functionality through troubleshooting and repairs.Use basic shop tools such as hand tools, drills, lathes, and milling machines.Perform basic pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs.Handle building maintenance tasks including lighting, compressors, and emergency systems.Bend conduits and pull wires.Install and set up motor controllers and VFDs.Demonstrate a proven understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely.Work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Show a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.Utilize a variety of machine-shop tools as needed.This job description is not exhaustive; employees may be required to perform other duties as necessary for effective department and facility operations.
Required Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance or engineering roles.
- 1-3 years experience within the automotive industry.
