We're hiring 1–2 window cleaners. No experience required — we'll train you.

Fish Window Cleaning has been cleaning windows for homes and businesses in the Birmingham metro since 2018. We're growing and looking for a couple of reliable people to join the crew. If you've never touched a squeegee in your life, that's fine. If you show up on time and are willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

Clean windows, screens, and tracks at homes and small commercial buildings
Most work is done from the ground; some jobs call for a ladder. We'll train you on everything.
Drive to job sites in a company vehicle
Talk with customers, walk them through the work, and leave the property clean

Pay

$16/hour during training (typically 2 weeks)
After training, you move to performance-based pay — most techs earn $18–22/hour
We guarantee $16/hour for your first 45 days on performance pay, so you're never squeezed while you're getting up to speed
Our experienced techs regularly earn $25+/hour
Paid weekly [ADJUST IF BIWEEKLY]

Schedule

Full time, Monday–Friday, roughly 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
No nights. No Weekends.
Occasional weather days — we work rain or shine within reason, and we'll be straight with you about it

What we need from you

Valid driver's license and a decent driving record
Okay with occasional ladder work (most of our work is from the ground)
Able to lift about 50 lbs and be on your feet all day
Show up on time, every day
18 or older
