Looking for Packer Associate jobs in Pelham where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, packing, fulfillment, or production experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers
• Repackage and relabel products in the rework and value-added services area
• Stage and sort products for shipment
• Scan inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Perform quality inspections and remove damaged products
• Gather, move, and distribute materials according to work orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
• Support additional warehouse operations as needed

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
