Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager - Aggregate to lead operational planning, staffing and production at our Rollag Agg MN facility. You will coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance and Quality teams to meet customer needs safely and cost-effectively.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related field and 5–7 years of aggregate mining and plant production experience, with strong computer skills and SAP knowledge.
