Clayton’s House Smart Construction division in Pell City, Alabama, is hiring for a full-time outdoor construction helper. No experience required; learn on the job while assisting with the setup of manufactured homes, site preparation, and basic masonry under homes.
You’ll work with a Crew Chief and team across home sites, lifting materials and using hand/power tools. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, with pay at $17.00+ per hour depending on experience.
