What are the hours?Typically, some weekend and evening work is required, with closing at 7:00 pm, so no late hours!
What does your day entail?As a Salon Leader, you manage operations, lead by example, and motivate staff to grow clientele and increase profitability. You oversee all hair care services, mentor staff, and handle recruitment, training, conflicts, and client concerns with professionalism.
