• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8+/- hours)
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time (8+/- hours)
• Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as requested
• Willingness to travel out of town as needed (infrequently) with 48 hours notice
• Fine motor skills and hand dexterity (tightening nuts and bolts, using hand tools, filling out paperwork)
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screenings
• Ability to follow specific directions from supervisors
• Interest in improving industry knowledge
• Good judgment in the field including safe work practices around live traffic; adherence to company policies and procedures at all times
• Cooperative, team‑player attitude
• Ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
• Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment as required
• Ability to follow other duties as assigned by management or trainers
