We are looking for energetic, motivated and results-driven individuals to join our Production Team.
Job SummaryUnder the direction of the West Plant Supervisor perform all job requirements and functions of the position.
Duties and Responsibilities- Operate loader and forklift safely always.
- Properly mix crude clay.
- Load hopper with crude clay.
- Load meltzona hopper with finished product to be bagged.
- Service loader everyday at end of shift.
- Maintain clean A505 System.
- Organization/Housekeeping – Maintain clean and organized work area.

Qualifications- Must be physically and mentally fit for duty.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Dependable and able to maintain the attendance required to perform the job.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and fully understand: SOPs, SDSs, labeling, safety and health regulations, and procedures within the job, this job group and the plant.
- Ability to understand basic mathematics.
- Must have the ability to operate loader and forklift safely and efficiently and pass required testing to operate loader and forklift.
- Be able to pass tests as it relates to the job, including passing the licensing test to operate cranes and forklift.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- The job is in a dusty and dirty environment.
- Working in a hot and/or cold environment.
- Required to wear respirator, safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes.
- Must be willing and physically able to lift 100 pound bags and complete the physical requirements of a Material Handler.
- Must be able to qualify for and wear a respirator.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
