Position Overview
- Department:
Float Staffing (ICU, ED, Medsurg) - Work Location:
UAB St. Vincent's St. Clair
- Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies and protocols.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans; communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts for comprehensive patient care.
- Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
- Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red CROSS.
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school and at least one year of nursing experience.
