Quality Team Leader- 1st Shift

Pell City, AL, 35125

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Team Leader to join our team for the 1st shift (6:00am- 2:00pm) at our facility in Pell City, AL. The Quality Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring that all products meet company standards.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of quality control inspectors to ensure products meet quality standards
Develop and implement quality control procedures
Train and mentor team members on quality control processes
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with production team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience in a quality control role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
Ability to analyze data and identify trends
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience with quality control tools and software
