What Does a Retail Team Member Do Anyway?

• Greet and interact with customers
• Operate the register when needed
• Help keep our sales floor clean and attractive to our customers

America’s Thrift Stores is seeking friendly, dependable Retail Team Members to provide outstanding customer service and help create a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping experience.

This position is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. Team members assist customers, operate cash registers, maintain merchandise displays, and support overall store operations.

Schedule Requirement: We are specifically seeking candidates with open availability for evening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts.

• Greet and assist customers throughout the store
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales areas
• Help customers locate merchandise and answer questions
• Support daily store operations and sales goals
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work evenings, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
