What You'll DoInside Sales- Process all customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner, including sales orders, inquiries, quotes, or returns
- Verify and communicate accurate information relating to shipment dates and delivery
- Respond to customer requests and questions about product features
- Maintain proficiency in company software including SAP and Microsoft Office
- Support outside sales efforts as needed
- Collaborate with supply chain, outside sales, and management teams
- Develop new business opportunities in heat treated steel products
- Retain and grow existing customer sales by ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Conduct business review and technical meetings with customers
- Travel overnight up to 50%
- Present a professional image to customers
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
