We're on the search for an Aftermarket Accounts Representative
, to help advance Nicholson’s mission of building reliability for our customers -- by delivering superior customer service, supporting service team members, and meeting sales targets.

This position would work regular office hours (M-F 8 AM to 5 PM or similar schedule / 40 hours per week). This position is located in Pell City, Alabama.

• Identify sales opportunities; up-sell and cross-sell related or replacement parts, and promote upgrades and new products
• Process quotes, sales orders, returns, credits, and warranty-related parts transactions
• Maintain accurate records of sales, quotes, and customer interactions in Saleforce
• Consistently advance your technical knowledge of Nicholson’s product lines, updates, and promotions, and those of its competitors
• Meet or exceed department sales targets and key performance metrics.

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of customer-facing sales / support in an aftermarket sales environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) experience with MS Office 365 and CRM or ERP system

• Post-Secondary education or training in a related field
• Secondary language (French, Spanish, German) would be an asset
• Familiar with Salesforce and Epicor Kinetic
• Familiar with heavy industrial equipment and spare parts
• Experience reading / understanding drawings
• Superior customer service skills
• Proven ability to think creatively and solve problems
• Effective communicator in person, by phone, and over various tech platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
