Description: K-3 General Associate for the 2026-27 School Year at Madison Elementary

Job Summary: Madison Elementary is looking for a caring, positive, and adaptable individual who loves working with children and enjoys being part of a team. As a K-3 General Associate, you'll be an important part of supporting staff and students in creating a safe, joy-filled, and engaging school wide learning environment. There is flexibility in whether this role is part-time as a job-share opportunity or full-time.

Your contributions may include:

• Supporting classroom teachers with engaging learning experiences
• Working with small groups of students to reinforce and extend learning
• Building positive relationships that help students feel known, supported, and successful
• Providing flexible support across Kindergarten through 3rd grade classrooms throughout the day
• Supporting a safe, positive experience for students during lunch, recess, and arrival/dismissal

Qualifications: High School Diploma required.
