Role

Specifics and Benefits

In this Labor and Delivery assignment, you’ll provide expert nursing care to laboring patients, support for hospital births, and comprehensive postpartum and newborn care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Continuous fetal monitoring
  • Assessment of maternal and fetal status
  • Administration of medications
  • Management of labor progress
  • Coordination with obstetricians and midwives
  • Assisting with delivery
  • Immediate newborn care including resuscitation readiness and lactation support
  • Educating families about newborn care, breastfeeding, and postnatal recovery
  • Documenting accurately in electronic medical records
  • Ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards

Weekly pay range: $1,807 to $1,854. Housing assistance and potential extension opportunities are available. A bonus structure may be available, and you’ll have the option to extend engagements based on performance, unit needs, and personal career goals.

Start Date:

02/10/2026. Assignments are described in weeks, allowing you to plan ahead. Hours and compensation are subject to assignment specifics and staffing requirements, with final details confirmed during the hiring process.
