• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
• BSN completion preferred.

• Candidates must have a Iowa license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program:
  Medefis Program - Pella Regional Health (Non-MSP - VMS).

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• New employees should obtain per guidelines of the Education Course Requirements policy.

• Weekend Nights
• 7 days maximum time off
• 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) – required for submission
• Proof of identification required

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
