Materials Coordinator

This position is responsible for the coordination of the receiving, handling and distribution of materials and supplies to various departments throughout the facility and outlying clinics. Actively participates in performance improvement/CQI activities for the department as requested. Completes a wide range of other duties as assigned.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and the ability to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate all PRHC vehicles as needed.
• Must be able to follow instructions and carry out duties without supervision.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn computerized data-entry systems. Must be able to retrieve information as needed.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to communicate appropriately with others.
• Ability to demonstrate positive and appropriate interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to function well under stressful situations.
• Must demonstrate efficiency in his/her work skills. Must be able to organize and prioritize work.
