Maxim Trucking is looking for equipment operators for our crushing crews. We are mainly based out of the Des Moines area, but we do have locations around central Iowa. We would prefer 1 year of experience with running large equipment.

- Operate power equipment such as backhoe, dozers, skid loader
- Must be reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated person.
- Must have good leadership and communication skills.
- Experience preferred
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Weekly pay.
