The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical issues within the assigned area. This role requires flexibility to support multiple areas of the plant based on business needs.

SHIFT

Monday
- Thursday

3 PM - 1:30 AM

Rotational Friday Overtime ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures and requirements
  • Maintain regular and dependable attendance
  • Work flexible hours as needed, including overtime
  • Safely work around moving equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Utilize the CMMS system to document maintenance activity and track work orders
  • Perform preventive maintenance, scheduled work orders, and emergency repairs
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist in cross-training and support other areas of the plant as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred
  • 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • Experience with PLCs, electrical systems, and pneumatics strongly preferred
ENVIRONMENT
  • Exposure to high noise levels; hearing protection required in designated areas
  • Work in varying temperatures and humidity levels
  • Exposure to confined spaces and hazardous materials
  • Work performed in a manufacturing environment with potential safety hazards
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly and professionally
SKILLS AND TALENTS
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficient mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (CMMS or similar systems preferred)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
