Element Siding & Windows is a growing, quality-driven siding and window contractor serving our local communities. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing function—someone who can generate consistent, qualified leads, protect our brand, and manage marketing efforts with clear numbers and accountability.
This role exists to make growth predictable.
Role SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing the company’s marketing strategy to generate qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and support sales growth. This role owns marketing KPIs, manages the marketing budget, and operates within the Story Brand framework.
Key Responsibilities- Generate a consistent flow of qualified homeowner leads across all marketing channels
- Own and execute the annual and quarterly marketing plan aligned with company goals
- Track, report, and hit defined marketing KPIs (leads, cost per lead, conversions, ROI)
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend and strong return on investment
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including website performance, advertising, and online presence
- Turn completed projects into marketing assets (photos, testimonials, case studies, content)
- Protect and elevate the Element Siding & Windows brand across all messaging and materials
- Support sales with visuals, content, and tools that improve close rates
- Manage vendors, platforms, and partners related to marketing and advertising
- Provide weekly scorecard updates and participate in leadership meetings as needed
- Marketing KPIs are consistently met or trending upward
- Lead quality improves and sales cycles shorten
- Marketing spend is controlled, intentional, and profitable
- Brand presence feels professional, premium, and consistent
- Marketing operates without owner micromanagement
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in construction, home services, or a similar industry
- Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and performance tracking
- Comfortable owning numbers, budgets, and accountability
- Organized, proactive, and systems-oriented
- Experience working within a KPI-driven environment is a plus
