RequirementsJob Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)
- Active Iowa RN license, in good standing
- Current AHA BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire)
- ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications (per facility guidelines)
- Less than 1 year of experience required
- Strong verbal communication and empathetic listening skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge and sound nursing judgment
