Local CNA Contract

Local CNA contract – 13-week assignment near Pella, Iowa. Provides direct patient care in long-term or skilled nursing facilities. Offers competitive pay and benefits.

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and mobility
• Collaborate with nursing staff to monitor patient conditions and report significant changes
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress
• Execute infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• IA CNA license
• BLS certification
• CPR certification (if not already included in BLS)
• Minimum of 2 years of LTC/SNF experience
• Proven responsibility and professionalism in healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of patient care procedures
• Ability to work night shifts
• Flexibility to vary shift times as discussed
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude
