Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery for a 13‑week travel assignment i n Pella, IA.
- Nights, 7p-7a Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Start Date: 9/14/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Hourly Pay: $ 34.50
- Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $ 2177.50

- Collaborates with the health care team using evidence-based practice, demonstrating accountability, respect for patients, families and coworkers, while providing safe and optimal patient outcomes.
- Promotes continuity of care by communicating effectively with interdisciplinary team and family as appropriate.
- Directs the work of the support staff in the provision of care.
- Performs general nursing duties using critical thinking skills with minimal supervision.
- Able to work with the age specific populations according to the setting.
- Assessments include: neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and the geriatric patient.
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

- Nursing experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
- Must have Graduate of an accredited RN program; BSN preferred.
- Must have current Registration and Licensures in the State of Iowa as an RN.
- Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- Must have Current ACLS certification. (New employees should obtain per guidelines of the Education Course Requirements policy.)
- Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Must have a high degree of empathetic listening skills, tact and kindness toward others.
- Must have technical and critical thinking skills in relation to sound nursing judgment.
- Must have knowledge of nursing practices as they relate to acute care.
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment ;
New employees certify within three (3) months after hire date. - Effective team skills, including interaction, support, and respect are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills , professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
