Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager
to oversee the full AP function across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skilled nursing (SNF) operations
, with hands-on experience managing high-volume AP processes, vendor relationships, and payment workflows in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations across multiple facilities

• Review, approve, and ensure accurate coding and processing of high-volume vendor invoices

• Manage and execute weekly and monthly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires)

• Supervise and support AP staff, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and accountability

• Reconcile vendor statements and proactively resolve discrepancies

• Maintain organized, audit-ready AP records and documentation

• Partner with facility and corporate teams to ensure proper approvals and expense tracking

• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals

• Assist with audits and provide all required AP documentation

• Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience within skilled nursing facilities (SNF) required

• Prior experience in an AP leadership or supervisory role preferred

• Strong knowledge of Quick Books (QB)or similar accounting systems

• Experience managing high-volume, multi-entity AP environments

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Compensation

• $70,000 – $80,000 annually
